The tens of thousands of children and adults that die due to diseases and water-borne illnesses can be prevented by adequate and local access to healthcare. By providing vaccinations to infants, having access to proper medical equipment, and establishing locations in villages far from main cities, Africa Hope, Inc. makes it a goal to provide easily accessible treatment against preventable diseases.
Malaria
Malaria is a disease that affects a lot of individuals in DRC. Although the Congo region is rich in natural resources, it is also a highly prominent breeding ground for plague-bearing mosquitoes.
HIV/Aids & Reproductive Health
Many individuals, even the youth, are affected by HIV or AIDS, especially in the African continent. Worse, they do not have easy access to programs that care for their reproductive health.
